PRINT AD SPECIFICATIONS
- All rates are for digital files only
- Special position available - 10% upcharge
- 10% Prepayment Discount (6x ads only)
- Commission - 10% to agencies if paid within 20 days

- Design Services - $75/hr
All digital artwork must be provided on CD-ROM or electronically. Photos must be in CMYK, .tiff or .eps, at least 300 dpi. Include all fonts and links (photos or imported objects). Print out window or provide information as to what is on disk. Please do not stylize any fonts!
Preferred Programs: InDesign, Acrobat (Adobe PDF), Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop
Live Matter: On all bleeds, please keep live matter 3/8" inside all four sides to allow for trimming and variations in folding and binding. On spreads keep live matter 1/4" from each side to centerline to prevent hiding live matter in binding.
ONLINE BANNER ADS
These files must be in .jpg, .gif or .png format. Sizes available:
SIDEBAR (vertical): 125px x 200px
FOOTER (horizontal): 468px x 60px. In addition, to ensure your ad is seen clearly in mobile devices, please also provide a 234px x 60px alternate half-banner.
