Black and white photos are acceptable.

Head and shoulders photo of the person(s) is best. Use clear a photo in which the face(s) are not obscured or in shadows.

Camera resolution settings of medium or normal are ideal.  High resolution is generally too large and may exceed our 2 Mb file size limit.

Sorry, we do not accept photos by mail.

If your photo is in landscape format (horizontal) your picture on the back cover will be a maximum of 3.6" wide by 2.25" tall. If it is portrait (vertical) your picture will be 1.8" wide by 2.25" tall.
